My thoughts are that any posts published after the review goes out but before Monday morning will never be picked up. As long as the "previous week" timeframe stretches to the previous review article, or a fixed cut-off point every week, I think we should be able to pick up all articles, right?
Yeah, but it's hard to run the script at the exact same time every week so I guess I should log the publish time of the last article considered and use that as the next cutoff time.

Yeah, this isn't the best schedule... What would you prefer, publish end of the week but extends to previous weekend? Or publish, say, Mondays?

That's the easiest part, each Substack has a standard RSS feed that gives you the latest articles in structured format.
