What's the implication of having a custom domain on shadowbanning? I recently switch from polymathicbeing.substack.com to just www.polymathicbeing.com. I've upgraded my links file to the open.techwriters as well to test this on things like LinkedIn as well
Apparently the shadow banning is just for substack dot com subdomains, i.e., the easiest implementation. That's judging from the fact that links for other domains at least render meta previews, but without some objective analytics we really can't say.
Now that's amazing guys. Love the site too, but keep failing to connect at times.
Yeah the server is a hobby instance, we have to upgrade it.
And also optimize some things like caching page results, since most of the time they won't change
look at polygon for hosting. Interesting ways to monetise website visits in the new decentralised instances in web3
